Saw this post yesterday.
This has the makings of an Epic Meme.
By the way, yes, I can recommend one.
It’s called FreeBSD.

Party Like it’s Windows 7 (Or How I Became A HouseParty Host for the Windows 7 Launch)
by Josh on Oct.08, 2009, under Uncategorized
Over a month ago I submitted an application to be a houseparty host for Windows 7 Launch on October 22nd. To be honest, the only reason I wanted to be a host was for the free Windows 7 Ultimate “Signature Edition” that came with being a host.
Much to my surprise, I was picked to be a host finalist, and then a confirmed host! I was ecstatic–This type of thing only happens once in a lifetime, and it’s something I will be telling my grand-kids about. //End Tongue-In-Cheek//
Well, today I received a 4.5 lb box from Microsoft.

It was my party favors!
Check out all the random stuff–

But the real thing that stood out like a diamond in the rough

Signed by the hand of Ballmer himself, Microsoft’s CEO. (Also of Chair-Throwing & Developers Fame)
So what about the party itself?
Well, I think I am going to decorate our I.T Office here, and invite the faculty and staff to stop by and grab some donuts and coffee, while I speak on the greatness of Windows and the evils of Linux.
No, really, that’s my plan. (Except for the speaking part)
That should assuage my guilty conscience for signing up just for the free copy of Windows7.
